Free technical support is available for 30 days after the purchase date for all cases. If you wish to receive priority technical support beyond that date and throughout the year, you need to acquire a "Support and Maintenance Package (SMP)" for the software. Support and Maintenance Packages (SMP) can be purchased at any time and can last up to 6 or 12 months.
